Our technologies

We use biomass residues from industries that would have incinerated or discarded into landfill, transforming them with our biotechnologies and specially engineered mycelium strains into foam composites.

The process is patented and includes our own bio-based additives, both of which specially optimize and engineer the final products for optimal construction applications that meet todays requirements for insulation. The technologies offer insulation final products that are renewable, circular with thermal and acoustic performance and fire resistance.

We collaborate with contractors and prefabrication manufacturers to deliver our insulation via a construction system approach.
